Mitt Romney said the other day that corporations are people. Ron Paul’s son, Senator Rand Paul, said virtually the same. I got to thinking on this, and I think these “fine” politicians are deeply wrong in their views. And moreover, not only are corporations not really existing human beings, but they are also, absolutely unequivocally, unchristian too.

Corporations, undeniably do not believe that they are their brother’s keeper, they do not do unto others as they would have done unto them, they do not believe in not killing (I’m sure that corporations have murdered people in instances that don’t make the news, and they have hawked defective and/or shoddy products that have killed people too!), corporations have lied, corporations do not care about how they treat the least among us, and corporations do not have the slightest bit of love or care for their neighbors, and many corporations are certainly not peacemakers too — in fact, they are the actual developers of the very weapons for war! So, I think, that there is very little doubt then, quite frankly, that these corporations are not only inhuman, in the deepest sense of the word, but they are also — absolutely and immensely heretical — to those who keep piousness in an extremely high regard!
