The idea that the deep state opposes Herr Drumpf is one of the most absurd propositions that I’ve encountered since I’ve been following politics. It shows you how little political acumen that so many of our “heroes” in the “conspiracy”/deep political scene actually have…

In the foreign policy realm three of his first actions were to make sure that there’s no daylight between the United States and both Israel and Saudi Arabia (which was not true under Obama)! He also seems to be bound and determined to bring relations between United States and Iran back to the status quo ante the Iran Deal (even if he can’t end the agreement signed under Obama, more campaign lies)!

Drumpf’s going around bobbing and weaving essentially with his scattershot/kaleidoscopic foreign policy (one day friends with a nation like China one day irking them/making demands upon them) it almost seems like he’s running around like a chicken with its head chopped off insistent upon inciting WWIII!

Birds of a feather flock together! Drumpf has just emboldened his fellow traveler troglodytes with his jaunt to Saudi Arabia! The Saudis are about to execute 14 Shias (including a deaf and blind man), who had coerced confessions and were also subject to prolonged solitary confinement and torture!

From Iran’s Press TV:

Saudi officials execute convicts by sword and then dangle their corpses from a helicopter to make sure the public could see the result of the execution.

It’s interesting that still somewhat fresh off the US and Western backing of the ouster of the democratically elected Yanukovich of Ukraine that today we are seeing the US backing its authoritarian ally Saudi Arabia in attempting to reinstall the displaced dictator of Yemen, Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi. For years in the US corporate/corporatist MSM we heard the cacophonous refrain of, “the dictator Fidel Castro, the dictator Fidel Castro, the dictator Fidel Castro…” again and again. Additionally, in more recent years we’ve heard the late democratically elected president of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, referred to as a dictator by many ignorant and propagandist “pundits” in the said “mainstream” press. And so taking heed of these facts I think that it’s only proper to offer up a word to the wise democrats of the world who may be working against illiberal regimes all across this planet and that is: certainly don’t trust the United States global democrats as some kind of patron for your efforts in order to bring free and fair elections, and all of the other elements that go along with what it means to have a truly democratic system.

Hadi, of course, came to power via an “election” with one person, and yet still somehow he’s being referred to in the Western press as somehow being legitimate to rule Yemen. Perhaps the Western press still secretly adheres to the divine right of kings or some such, while what Paul Craig Roberts has referred to as the “great moral West” purports to champion struggling democrats wherever they may occur. And when we know, of course, that in the sordid game of imperialism that autocrats, authoritarian rulers and many of the variegated and multifarious despots that are amenable to US and Western corporate interests are really what “toes the line” in assessing who is a “proper” and “acceptable” and a “legitimate” leader of a particular nation-state/regime.

“What my constant cry was that our biggest problem is our allies, our allies in the region were our largest problem in Syria, the Turks we’re great friends and I have a great relationship with Erdogan — which I just spent a lot of time with, the Saudis, the Emiratis, etc… What were they doing? They were so determined to take down Assad and essentially have a proxy Sunni-Shia war what did they do?! They poured hundreds of millions of dollars and thousands of tons of weapons into anyone who would fight against Assad! Except that the people who were being supplied were Al-Nusra and Al Qaeda and the extremist elements of jihadis coming from other parts of the world.”

– 47th Vice President of the United States, Joseph Biden

The Islamist neo-Ottoman ultra-authoritarian prime minister cum President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is playing a number of hands in “geopolitical canasta” that will, most assuredly, inevitably come to vigorously bite this self-styled sultan in the end. The iron-handed president came in under a very level-headed foreign policy of establishing no problems with any of his neighbors. However, he has since faced the untimely inception of a virulent psychosis — and namely that of a certain and peculiar style of geopoltical uber-adventurism. And no doubt in order to “increase his stock”, at least that is for any of those who would value conquest, as well as the perpetual pursuit of domination and regional hegemony as ostensibly virtuous ends.

On the one hand, at least in rhetoric if not very muscularly backing it up, Erodogan has purported to be a supporter of the Palestinians. The Saudis in contradistinction have, of course, essentially thrown their Arab brethren to the Zionist wolves, and have admitted that the Turks, the Qataris, as well as the Iranians are the only major Middle Eastern powers that do anything at all, however meager, to aid in the resistance of the Palestinian cause. (As a Saudi publication said in August, in a periodical that is a known organ/speaking tube for the licentious, aging and moreover the increasingly decrepit KSA ruling clan.)

Much to the dismay of Obama, as well as other NATO power leaders, Erdogan has been very cautious/trepidatious about rigorously fighting the so-called Islamic State (IS). Something that he is loath to do — although he has for some time wanted Assad gone, in consideration of the possibility of facing a situation that could potentially lead to a Kurdish self-governing, and fully autonomous nation-state/regime. Indeed, the much-trumpeted Yazidis, whose plight was given a fickle spotlight by the verily Attention Deficit Disorder-affected MSM, were actually additionally given short shrift by the US “helper” military after American pilots discovered that it was the Turkish archenemy — and considered terrorist by the Western governments — PKK (Kurdistan Workers’ Party) that was coming to the aid of their Yazidi kin (the Yazidis are Kurdish, Yazidi refers to their religion). And moreover, it is through the porous Turkish border that it has been revealed that ISIS has a virtual freeway in order to shepherd their extremist elements in.

Erdogan has since the inception the Syrian “Arab Spring” given oasis, refuge, and comfort to all manner of barbarian Salafi and Al Qaeda-esque extremists. At one time George W. Bush had threatened Texas-style neoconfederate “justice” against any nation that would harbor this brand of lunatic, but today the NATO ally of Turkey not only harbors such vermin, but it flouts the NATO countries ostensible efforts to rein in this extremist nurturing sin. And so, with all of the players that the West generally opposes against ISIS (Hezbollah, Syria, the Houthis of Yemen, and the Islamic Republic of Iran), and all of those that they are widely considered to be allies with (Turkey, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia) having undertaken at best highly questionable actions, it’s no wonder that there have arisen all manner of “conspiracy theories” about who created ISIS, whose side they are really on, and to what ends that they are genuinely pursuing.

In summation, President Erdogan is certainly more than a daffy joker positioned within this enigmatic cartography indeed. And in fact, Erdogan’s double and triple-dealing make his “card shark” geostrategic sleight-of-hand, hopefully, only number the last days of when the sands of time will inevitably run out on his personal political hourglass. And furthermore, upon his grip in ruling his native Turkey most assuredly as well.

Not to defend the Muslim Brotherhood, but in Hamas’s defense it has only been two years since Sisi led a coup against their ally Morsi. I can’t see where Sisi did anything to help the Gazans during this slaughter in Gaza. I must say the second coming of Nasser, Al-Sisi certainly doesn’t look like to me!

Some have suggested that there is a US/CIA-Muslim Brotherhood alliance. Sisi has been cracking down heavily on them in Egypt. Sisi is on the take from the Saudis, the Saudis also don’t like the Ikwan. Qatar is the moneybags behind the Muslim Brotherhood. It seems pretty tricky to me especially when considering that both Qatar and KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) are allies of the United States government.

This article in Pando was an interesting one, for sure, although I don’t know that I agree with a lot of it quite frankly. I just don’t see the Saudi decrepit and playboy princes as competent as the author does. Qatar is really the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) country to watch, I think, at least according to my humble opinion. Even though the son was actually brought in, to tone down the grand delusions of the power mad old man/father. But they (Qatar) even have a plan to get the whole Shia portion of KSA under their thumb, in the not too distant future. There’s really a lot of sniping going on between these two powerhouses (one natural gas and one oil), and indeed it will absolutely be interesting to see, in fact, how it all plays out — after all — between them.

The Pando article only just came to my attention although it was not, of course, recently written.

Bob Graham looks like he is on some kind of media tour. I think that The Real News Network had him on before anyone. The actual truth of 9/11, I’m not sure will much be elucidated by any of this. It’s all highly dubious/suspicious in my humble opinion. The Murdochian New York Post is even doing some major reporting on this for Christ’s sake!

The Real News Network I’m not slamming, they do some good reporting. They are tied into the foundation-funded left, I’m almost 100% sure though. I’ve wondered why Soros funds progressive media, and I think that it may have to do with this media not investigating/scrutinizing him! He doesn’t care that he might be funding media that could be bad for Wall Street or vulture capitalists of his kith and kin, as long as he’s left out of the micro-analysis! (I should be clear I don’t know that the The Real News Network gets Open Society Institute funding.)

I think that this Bob Graham “9/11 Truth tour”, might actually be about a US/Saudi rift. The Saudis hate the Iran deal. Frankly, this whole thing might be just simply throwing mud at the Saudis (for domestic consumption). I’m confused about this actually since our government has been thick as thieves with the House of Licentious and Fraud (Saud) since the days of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Why the tectonic shift now “smells funny” so to speak. But I will leave readers with an excerpt — that includes some thoughts from Hezbollah leader Sheik Hassan Nasrallah — that appeared in a New Yorker Seymour Hersh article of 2007:

Nasrallah said he believed that America also wanted to bring about the partition of Lebanon and of Syria. In Syria, he said, the result would be to push the country “into chaos and internal battles like in Iraq.” In Lebanon, “There will be a Sunni state, an Alawi state, a Christian state, and a Druze state.” But, he said, “I do not know if there will be a Shiite state.” Nasrallah told me that he suspected that one aim of the Israeli bombing of Lebanon last summer was “the destruction of Shiite areas and the displacement of Shiites from Lebanon. The idea was to have the Shiites of Lebanon and Syria flee to southern Iraq,” which is dominated by Shiites. “I am not sure, but I smell this,” he told me.

Partition would leave Israel surrounded by “small tranquil states,” he said. “I can assure you that the Saudi kingdom will also be divided, and the issue will reach to North African states. There will be small ethnic and confessional states,” he said. “In other words, Israel will be the most important and the strongest state in a region that has been partitioned into ethnic and confessional states that are in agreement with each other. This is the new Middle East.”

Reading Al-Jazeera is something that I am loath to do, and effort to do so as little as possible. Having said that I do find myself reading one of their articles — here and there, at least some of the time. As I’ve written in the past, one of the world’s finest journalists Pepe Escobar is someone who has described Qatar — the owners and operators of Al-Jazeera and an absolute Wahhabist monarchy — as, “A kind of a slave society, ruled by a very tiny elite, with Western business interests involved. And they [Qatar] think that their model can be applied to the rest of the Arab world.” So why on God’s green Earth is a propaganda outlet owned fundamentally by a totalitarian dictatorship (which I think that a Wahhabist absolute monarchy essentially extrapolates out to), promoting the rights of women, immigrants, and those without states?

I have to assume that those promoting these causes on Al-Jazeera’s site either have no morals/ethics, or must; in fact, be wholly ignorant about the actual nature of this government, and the conditions that many live under in this absolute monarchical itsy-bitsy micro-nationlet. One can simply read Freedom House’s overview on Qatar, to get some of the basic primers/essentials on this veritably iron-fisted state! Which only last year jailed a poet for life for writing a pro-Arab Spring poem, that was viewed as insulting to the Qatari dictator/Emir. Freedom House is a tool of US foreign policy, and so thusly in my opinion more accurate on US-allied countries than it is on nations such Venezuela or Iran (where it lacks any kind of credibility, objectivity or incontrovertible veracity, in fact).

If Al-Arabiya, the Saudi Arabian equivalent to Al-Jazeera, attempted to promote any of this stuff it would be heartily, and vociferously laughed out of the room! It simply would not be taken seriously. And neither should anyone take the Qatari Al-Jazeera’s promotion of these ideals seriously as well! Verily, it is clearly, nothing but a hamfisted effort to put some kind of a divergent, enlightened patina — or a duplicitous masking — upon itself! Al-Jazeera is the propaganda arm of a totalitarian dictatorship, and no one should ever forget this! Al-Jazeera has been a leading force in trying to end Arab nationalism in the Middle East. Whatever qualms one may have with really existing Arab nationalist governments; historically, the major Arab nationalist party (the Baath Party), was started by: a Christian, a Sunni Muslim, and an Alawite.

Both Qatar and Saudi Arabia play the role, for the West of promoting and fostering: Middle Eastern divide and conquer. By funding groups and movements — sometimes armed groups that have been described as everything from rebels, to death squads, and even wholly terrorist — throughout the Middle East which promote Islamism. The Saudi and Qatari approved branches of it as well, of course.

Mimi al-Laham who is a Syrian living abroad, and a Sunni Muslim has described Wahhabism as a cult. Most of the Syrian military that is fighting these foreign Salafi fighters, that have willed their way into Syria (actually bankrolled by Qatar and Saudi Arabia, plus given hearth and shelter by Turkey en voyage to the Arab Republic of Syria), is made up of Sunni Muslims. And not Alawites, Druze, Christians, or any other Syrian minority group! Those Syrian minorities are often times singled out, though — particularly the Alawites — as  pro-regime, and thusly doomed to meet a spine-tingling/horrendous death! Yes, these Western championed (and exceedingly rooted for) “freedom fighter” elements will kill any of those, who they do not think are enough of their own fervent/overzealous stripe!

Freedom, if it goes by a myopic theocratic straightjacket, is; in fact, the freedom of the FSA (Free Syrian Army)! Extreme religion in my opinion, however, is always bad. Live and let others live, is only common sense, I’d say. As well as, not to kill those who do not comport with one’s own religious practices — or customs, and overall values held sacrosanct! The promotion of Salafism and Wahhabism are clearly not causing much heartburn/agita for the NATO/US/British meddlers in the Middle East. And there’s no doubt that in Brussels, Anders Fogh Rasmussen is smiling!

It’s not only Syria where Qatar is showing its grisly/disreputable hand either, this week it gave a “measly” $3 billion dollars over to the Muslim Brotherhood-run Egypt. Where just recently we witnessed the Copts (Coptic Christians), battling Muslims in Cairo’s city streets. Four Copts were killed April 6th, and at least one other Christian, was killed that attended their funeral. Before we know it, it’s entirely possible that we could be looking at, an Islamic Emirate of the African Northeast! The chants of, “Pharaoh!” of those immensely disappointed with Morsi in the Egyptian streets — may yet have some prescience, perhaps.

These chants will have anticipated the emergence of a differing, although still a spanking new title for Mohamed Morsi — albeit just as autocratic of one (emir). And in Mohamed Morsi’s Islamic Egyptian Emirate maybe, even more presciently — whilst the Coptics have all been extirpated, exiled, and otherwise banned, banished, bedraggled and beaten down — the hand of Qatar, and its dark oil spigot maleficent oft-cofactor Saudi Arabia (Qatar is more of a natural gas power) will show itself clear! In London, Washington, and in Brussels no one should look at themselves with anything but shame; in anticipation of such a scenario, having allegedly deeply cherished Western values so: rottenly, sordidly, and moreover disreputably deferred.

The Middle Eastern people post-Arab Spring, will remain held down. However, with the petroleum resources running freely, and smoothly; I don’t see how there will be a dour reaction in London, Washington, and Brussels at all! There will not be any shame for reaping deeply sour fruits, via being allied/intertwined with such: backward, ill-begotten, and in general markedly authoritarian absolutist monarchical states. And if, in fact, any of these movers and shakers are indeed sensate at all; shame will undeniably immediately transform itself, into a palpable form of jubilation for them!

Sadly unfortunately, I don’t think that this is something that one should be taken aback from. Rather, it is the just the standard MO (modus operandi) for this sickly, venal, and moreover Faustian brand of uber-elitist “humankind”! What values that these alleged creme de la creme hold sacrosanct, except for perhaps Luciferianism, is a mystery for any of us (the “little people”), of course, to get ahold of/know. In summation, the Arab nations of Saudi Arabia and Qatar are in effect, doing to their own people what: the Americans, British, and other tag-a-longs would have been doing all by themselves! They’d be doing it, unequivocally, if it weren’t being done — to and by Arabs upon their own people — via these authoritarian, caustic, and indeed fifth columnist benighted Wahhabi states.

While Senator Kirsten Gillibrand was questioning the former Nebraska Senator Chuck Hagel, during his Secretary of Defense nomination hearing, she mentioned chemical weapons and Syria. I think that the good Senator should be aware that the so-called Free Syrian Army is a real threat with their chemical weapons too. They have been backed by disreputable American allies such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar that are Wahhabi states that repress women, have terrible civil liberties, and no democratic rights whatsoever for their people. They are antediluvian states that are ripe for Arab Springs, and having genuine democracy sprout up in them. Saudi Arabia has invaded neighboring Bahrain, and continually worked to repress a grassroots democratic movement/revolution there as well.

Syria is undeniably authoritarian, but it is a complex society with many sects, that are protected much better under the Arab nationalist Assad government — than they would be under a Salafi/Muslim Brotherhood Islamic fascist potential successor state. A state like that of Mohamed Morsi’s Egypt (where virtually all of the Coptic Christians have resigned from his ranks). I have great fear for the Alawites, the Druze and the Christians of Syria: the Melkites, Syriacs, Maronites, Chaldeans and other groups. Should these Salafi and Wahhabi killers, backed by retrograde American-allied governments gain in their power. Laurent Fabus, the French Foreign Minister, has said, “We cannot let [Syria]… degenerate into a conflict of militias.” Whilst Gerard Araud, the French Permanent Representative to the UN, has stated, “[That] we are creating a Somalia in the heart of the Middle East.”

The best answer is to urge KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and Qatar to stop their destabilization. A non-violent political solution that can assure that Sunni Islamic fundamentalists do not come to power is the only path. The Syriacs/Arameans — who speak Aramaic the language that Jesus Christ spoke — want a dialogue among all of the groups with no preconditions; they want a ceasefire; they want the stopping of the importation of all foreign weapons; they want an abeyance of the economic sanctions; and they want an ending to the recruitment of foreign fighters into their land. Moaz al-Khatib, who leads the Syrian National Coalition, the group of exiles who support armed intervention against the Syrian government, and who are backed by the Western and Gulf Arab countries, now advocates talks with Bashar al-Assad’s people. Several civic groups that have rejected the armed struggle, and opposed foreign military intervention — also favor a ceasefire, and a negotiated solution straightaway/forthwith.

The US and NATO need to call off their running dogs (Turkey too has been in this sordid mix as well); let clearer heads prevail, and not simply rush to expel a regime that is independent of them, but that they may not like fully 100%. They may not like that their corporations do not have free rein there, and they may not like that they do not string pull/puppetmast the Syrian political leadership — and albeit that is just tough! Of course Syria, being allied with Hezbollah and Iran, is not amenable to them, but it is imperative nevertheless; however, that Sunni fundamentalists do not take over power in this state. Instead of shortsighted geopolitical goals, and the national interest of Israel; the US and NATO have to work for a broad-minded political solution/plan now! They must not settle solely for the current philosophy of the barrel of the gun. A depraved and ignoble strategy, and; moreover, one that is being orchestrated via folks who have been classified as: coarse, savage, death squads, and even wholly terrorist by a number of credible reports.

Regular readers will notice that this is my letter to Kirsten Gillibrand reedited, and revised (in order to stand by itself).

A deal was just confirmed to approve the sale of 29.4 billion dollars in aircraft to the vile, sinister, and iron-fisted Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The assistant U.S. secretary of state for political-military affairs said the deal was not solely directed towards Iran, but was for the purpose of meeting the needs of one of our “partners”.

Saudi Arabia is a United States partner? Anyone who is not in a coma, of course, knows that we have been in cahoots — for a long time — with this horrid and disreputable and ossified administration; but a United States partner? Other than one is Sunni (majority) and one is Shia; one is Arabic and one is Persian; one is run by a profoundly backward kingdom that pushes a conservative form of Islam on its people, and one essentially uses a dictatorship of fossilized clerics to do so; and both afford an extremely limited amount of freedoms to women (Saudi Arabia is probably the far worse of the two in this arena) — I fail to see much that is discernible or recognizable, that is a difference between the two of them!!?

Iran is currently being demonized for its ostensible pursuit of nuclear weapons, but Saudi Arabia recently announced that it should be acquiring them also! And even with our eyes fully wide open (knowing that US foreign policy is to promote so-called myopic US interests and not about anything having to do democracy, benevolent ideals, or highly unrealistic and fanciful notions), it just strikes me as bizarre, and exceedingly strange to be selling this level of military equipment to such a benighted, despotic, invidious and deleterious administration. (A government which has still fairly recently, aided in crushing a democratic uprising in Bahrain.)

But then again, under the guise of fighting “communism” — and now, of course, so-called terrorism — I guess that this is just the kind of thing has been going on for a long, long time. History is littered with thugs, and despots and authoritarians, armed and abetted — and given free rein to the teeth — to do their very worst, by the government of the United States of America! Pinochet, Mobutu, Somoza, Suharto… One doesn’t need to look, far or wide, to find a despot and mass killer (in the historical record), who has been supported by the “benevolent” hand of the good ole U.S. of A!
